Houses are set within a landscape of winding lanes and native hedgerows, swales and wetlands, and generous green community open space with natural play, allotments and traditional orchards.

A new green parkland runs through the scheme, with a new pedestrian and cycle path and crossing over the main road, safely links the two parts of the existing village together.
Significant new demand will be created for village facilities and businesses, which together with major section 106 financial investment for existing and new community facilities, will increase the viability of the village.

A number of small commercial and live/work units on the site create opportunities for existing or new local businesses.
